THE ANNOUNCEMENT TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF OUTSOURCING ATM DEVICES (PACKAGE A) & (PACKAGE B) IN 2019

PT BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TENGAH

Outsourcing ATM Procurement Tender Committee as many of 104 Units have held Meeting for the Procurement of Tender Documents for Outsourcing ATM Equipment Procurement (A Package) & (B Package) in 2019, in which 2 (two) companies submitted bid documents. Based on the approval of the Board of Directors of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah, hereby the Tender Committee for Outsourcing ATM Procurement, 104 units announced that the Tender for the Procurement of ATM Equipment Outsourcing (A Package) & (B Package) in 2019 was declared FAILED.

In connection with this matter, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng) will hold a Re-Tender for Procurement of ATM Equipment by Outsourcing (A Package) & (B Package) in 2019 with the source of funds coming from Bank Jateng. Tender for Procurement of Bank Jateng Calendar for 2020.

Registration / retrieval of Tender Documents for Outsourcing ATM Equipment Procurement (Package A) & (Package B) in 2019 starting on September 4, 2019 – September 12, 2019 at the 5th Floor Bank Jateng Office Jl. Pemuda Number 142 Semarang.

The Outsourcing ATM Equipment Procurement Tender Offer Explanation (A Package) 2019 will be held on Monday, 9 September 2019 at 10:00 WIB & (B Package) 2019 will be held on Monday, 9 September 2019 at 14.00 WIB in the Floor of Conference Room 5 Bank Jateng Office Jl. Pemuda Number 142 Semarang.

Requirements for registering / taking Tender documents:

  • The registrant / document taker is the Director of the Company.
  • If the Director of the Company is unable and representative, he must provide a Power of Attorney from the Company Director (in accordance with the provisions in the Company’s Deed of Establishment) which contains the Power of Attorney to:
  • Register for a Tender;
  • Take Tender Documents;
  • Signed the Integrity Pact.

Requirements for Repeat Tender Participants:

  • Have a Trading Business License (SIUP), and a Company Registration Certificate (TDP) or a Business Identification Number (NIB) is still valid and issued by an authorized official, engaged in trading in Computers and similar Equipment.
  • Has paid the last tax year (SPT) of the 2017 tax year or 2018 tax period.
  • Have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP).
  • Have a Company Establishment Deed and Amendments in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, for incorporated companies completed with a Copy of Ratification from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MENKUMHAM). For companies in the form of a CV to be equipped with a Copy of Registered Certificate from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MENKUMHAM) or a certificate of management.
  • Have a Certificate of Domicile of the Company issued by an authorized official.
  • Have an Electronic Resident Card (KTP-el) or a certificate of management of KTP-el.
  • Register and retrieve documents for the Tender Re-Procurement of ATM Equipment by Outsourcing (Package A) in 2019.
  • Obey and comply with the provisions of the Procurement of Goods and Services that apply in PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah.
  • Not included in the black list of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah tender participants.
  • Have a letter of support from the ATM machine principle.
  • Willing to sign the Integrity Pact.
  • Having similar work experience.
