Optimizing The Digitalization, Bank Jateng Has Reached 96 Percents of Central Java Area

Bank Jateng currently has several channels, both conventional and digital. These are included of  162 branch offices, cash and payment point services, 1,043 ATM and CDM machines  and 1,096 smart selling agents.

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng) optimizes the digital innovation to improve services and reaches a wider range of customers.

Bank Jateng of Finance Director, Dwi Agus Pramudya said that the company currently has several channels, both conventional and digital.

These are included 162 branch offices, cash and payment point services, 1,043 ATM and CDM machines, and 1,096 smart selling agents. “In this picture of numbers, almost 75% more than Bank Jateng’s network or channels rely on the non-office networks or outside of  the office,” he explained in a webinar entitled with “Branchless Banking To Support Digitalization Innovation 2021” on  Tuesday (22/6/2021).

Dwi added that Bank Jateng currently has more than 270 host-to-host connections to support the cashless transactions. With all of the channels owned, including the mobile banking, Bank Jateng has reached almost 96% of the Central Java area.

To serve the community, whether it is educational services, hospitals, local governments, and other services such as PAM, PLN, and etc, we are also working with fintech companies such as Tokopedia, Link aja, which are our partners for  the inancial inclusion through the digitization of Bank Jateng,” he added.
