WONOGIRI – PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah of Wonogiri Branch distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assistance to Wonogiri Regency Government.
The provided assistance are 100 Hazmat Shirts, 100 Face Shields and 1000 Masks. The assistance was handed over directly by the Head of Bank Jateng’s Wonogiri Branch in Central Java, Ratna Sulistyawati, to the Wonogiri Regent, Joko Sutopo who was also the Chairman of the Covid-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force in Wonogiri District.
The handover took place at the Wonogiri Regent’s official residence on Thursday 21 May 2020.
According to Ratna Sulistyawati, this assistance is Bank Jateng’s social care to the front guard who handles Covid-19 and it is expected to meet the paramedics’ needs who are struggling with the Covid-19 patients where such of the assistance is urgently needed at this times.
“Bank Jateng will continue to be committed to help, dealing with the outbreaks while preventing the rapid transmission of Covid-19.
The handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic is not only the government responsibility, but also requires caring and togetherness sense from all the societies to fight against the viruses.
One of them is by contributing assistance for the medical staffs who are struggling in the hospital, “said Ratna Sulistyawati when handovers the aid in front of the Regent.
While Chairman of Wonogiri Regency Covid-19 Task Force Acceleration, Joko Sutopo said on behalf of Wonogiri District Government, I thank for the participation and assistance provided by Bank Jateng of Wonogiri in assisting Wonogiri Covid-19 Task Force Acceleration handling covid- 19 in Wonogiri Regency.
We will use this PPE assistance as best as we can and will distribute it to the Covid-19 referral hospital in Wonogiri District.
