BLORA – Bank Jateng of Blora Branch in collaboration with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) distributes clean water assistance to residents affected by drought in Blora Regency. The number is 20 tanks (one tank is approximately 5,000 liters).
“Bank Jateng of Blora Branch as a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) was summoned in humanitarian activities to help people affected by drought,” said the Head of Bank Jateng Blora Rudatin Pamungkas Branch during a symbolic handover of clean water assistance in Jepon Village, Monday (17/9) .
Rudatin hopes that 20 tanks of clean water for a number of villages in Blora can ease the burden on residents in meeting the need for clean water during the peak of the dry season as it is now.
The Chief Executive of BPBD Blora Sri Rahayu appreciated the clean water assistance from Bank Jateng. He also appealed to other parties to take part in reaching out by providing clean water assistance to people in need.
